College), Dr. Ajay Kumar (Professor, Sociology, A. N. College) were present to discuss.

The office bearers and faculties of Korean Centre for International Cooperation made a resolution to start Proficiency in Korean Language course by Korean Centre for International Cooperation, A. N. College, Patna with specific terms and conditions.

Dr. Qamar Ahsan, Vice Chancellor of B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura publicly announced on 9 February 2007 that the University would like to proceed to develop partnership with the Korean Centre for multi-faceted cooperation.

groups of Korean students and professionals visit Bihar for cultural, academic and developmental context under the auspices of the Korean Centre for International Cooperation, a Korean culture group visited T. P. College, Madhepura on 9 February, and M. L. T. College, Saharsa on 10th February, 2007 for cultural programme under the sponsorship of National Service Scheme (NSS) of the University.

Qureshi, Centre for the Study of Regional Development, School of Social Science, Jawahalal Nehru University). The team visited the Korean Centre.

The Korean Centre launched Korean Language Programme at the Language Lab, A. N. College, Patna, with Dr. Young Gil Lee as a director, Ms. Eun Kyeong Jeong a lecturer and Ms. Bo Gyeong Lee an assistant. 35 students took courses in two classes.

Mr. Hyun Namgoong, CEO of Erom, Ltd, South Korea, Mr. Chong Tae Baek, India Director, Erom, Ltd and Mr. Myung Soo Lee, faculty of Vision International University visited the Korean Centre. Mr. Hyung Namgoong gave a special lecture on “Management of Successful Life” to the students of Korean Language Lab, MBA and MCA of A. N. College, Patna.

A team of Handong Global University, South Korea visited the college and had an interaction with Indian students of Korean language lab. Korean participants – Yoojin Kim, Jingyeong Gong, Youran Ko, Ire Oh, Jeeaa Shin, Kwansoo Lee, Changik Song, Unjie Choi.

26 January 2008
“Dream of India”, a Korean cultural exchange team, visited Patna, organized by the Korean Centre for International Cooperation, A. N. College, Patna.. The team was composed of college students of different fields, which made performance at A. N. College, Patna to celebrate the Republic Day on 26 January 2008. The team delivered Korean contemporary and traditional cultural items, which included “Magic shoes”, “Nanta”, “Marionet”, “Fan Dance” and “4 Instruments Play”, which gave unique Korean contemporary flavor to the audience. Among the items, “Nanta” was one of the most recent art expressions in Korea, which used kitchen materials and reused buckets along with Korean traditional drums to create beautiful drum beats.
